Any information about the weight of the Fit-PC3?

There are many configurations - each with a different weight. Average weight is in the ballpark of 800g.

2. With hd 6320 radeon works 2 HD monitor (so 2x 1920x1080) at the same time?
3. The video and 7.1 audio work in hdmi cable, or only video as fitpc2 (and other audio cable necessary)?

Yes, it is fanless.

2 HD monitors work with all models.

Yes. Audio on HDMI is supported.

I don't know. Check if working on AMD E450 - fit-PC3 Pro is identical.

Check benchmarks comparing N330+ION to AMD E450. I believe you will find performance of the latter are higher.

Haven't checked HTML5 video. Full-HD Flash plays well.

The passmark CPU score on the Atom 330 is 635. The Passmark CPU AMD G-T56N is 728. The Hybrid Box is fan cooled and draws twice the power of the Fit PC3 under load. According to the specs, one of those Hybrid Boxes is twice the size of the Fit PC3. The beauty of the Fit PC is the size and that it's passively cooled.
