When i ordered few days ago, the delay (sorry i'm french, so i don't know if this is the right word) was 4 weeks for some models and 2 weeks for other. It was indicated when i ordered it.

Well, I ordered mine on May 31th, and got the shipping notification today.

i decide upgrade the order with a higher model
and i try contact with sales department
none responses, is the service active?
