Replacing RTC battery

Hi, I need to replace RTC battery on Fitlet-B.
But the CR1220 battery I bought is not wired as the original one on my Fitlet. Red <> Black. See picture

Is it safe to use the new one ? If not, where can I buy CR1220 battery with correct wiring ?
