serial console?

There being no com port, is it possible to send BIOS out a port (eg. USB) to get the equivalent of the BIOS going out a serial port on these? I'd like to do a "complete" (BIOS, boot loaders, OS) serial console in UNIX (BSD, Linux).

BIOS output cannot be redirected at all.

Fit-PCi has RS232 serial.

I guess you won't have BIOS redirected, but booting off a grub/linux redirected to serial console should be fine.

I'll give it a try, since my Fit-PCi should be headless (no screen no keyboard).
