Is IR receiver finally included?

Hi,

is the IR receiver finally built into currently sold batch of fit-pc3? I ask because it is missing in PDF specs, while being mentioned here: http://www.fit-pc.com/web/introduction- ... em-and-io/

If not, is it possible to use some kind of usb attached IR receiver? For a fit-pc3 usage as a home multimedia center it seems a must-be.

How does such devices work in general? Do they require a special driver? Can I use any remote and make receiver "learn" the commands and assign them to keystrokes? Can those keystrokes vary by application? I kindy ask somebody to explain as I've never used such a device. Thank you.
