Hello,
Is Windows XP Home SP3 only English version or International version?
Is it possible to use WOL or Intel AMT?
Thanks
fit-PC2 XP
Re: fit-PC2 XP
Hello,
Thank you for Res. And sorry for my strange English. Anyway...
SO, about WOL and AMT...
I just wanted to know that is there a method to turn Fit-PC2 on/off from Network.
I want also to know the average temperature on top during play Full HD.
Thank you.

Re: fit-PC2 XP
Wake-on-LAN is not supported.
Case temperature in HD playback is about room temperature + 15-20C so you can expect case temperature of about 40-48C.

Re: fit-PC2 XP
Why bother with Wake-on-Lan if the Fit-PC2 uses as little as a normal in standy computer waiting for a WOL packet...

Re: fit-PC2 XP
Generally, I agree with you, but I could see a need for a small, but powerful PC like the Fit-PC2 to be used in a project where it is running off a battery and reduced power usage would be highly desired.Jethro wrote:Why bother with Wake-on-Lan if the Fit-PC2 uses as little as a normal in standy computer waiting for a WOL packet...
Standby for the Fit-PC2 is less than 1 watt. Wake-On-LAN (WOL) would be awfully nice to have for some people, I think.
Re: fit-PC2 XP
Hi,
What kind of wake-up features are supported to wake the fit-pc2 from (S3) standby ?
Can it be done by lan , usb , infrared , etc ?
Is it possible that future bios updates support boot from SD ?

Re: fit-PC2 XP
To resume from standby press the power button. No Wake-on-lan, USB is not powered in standby, IR is connected through USB.
Currently there is no way to make SD bootable.
