SO Now i need to learn how to play the piano if I want audio/sound to the movies

I cant get any sound, when i installed the Fit-pc2 stuff i also lost the sound card. installed it by adding snd-intel-hda to /etc/modules and in /etc/modprob.d/alsa-base.conf i commented out the last line cause i don't know what to write. it should look something like this "options snd-hda-intel model=?????" or ?
now " aplay -l" gives this
and "sudo lspci -v" thishtpc@fit-pc2:/etc/modprobe.d$ aplay -l
