Fit-PC3 AMD Graphics Display error

I continually get the following error even though I have downloaded and installed the updated driver from this site.

No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver properly for your AMD hardware.

Any ideas on how I can resolve this error?

This is a Fit-PC running Windows 7 Home Premium

1. Please try to remove any AMD video drivers from your FitPC3. Then, reinstall the drivers once again
2. You can also try to reinstall the Windows from a scratch.
