I'm trying to install OS in my Fit-pc2 with no success.
I tried win xp first, win 7 and ubuntu 10.4: all this OS installation load perfectly, I even reach the desktop OS environment, but
after the first system reboot, I get black screen and a blinking cursor, or other disk error messages.
My SSD is an OCZ vertex plus and it's detected in BIOS.
I read some posts here, about users running fine with fit-pc2 and
that same SSD....
I would appreciate some suggestion on BIOS settings or on alternative SSDs working fine....
Thanks in advance

If you are using an HDD, is the problem remains?

Re: SSD disk error msg
I can't test my fit-pc2 running on HD.... the only HDs I have here, are equipped with big IDE connections... I ''hope'' the problem is related with the sandorce controller, as the SSD I first installed came without it. I've already ordered a new SSD equipped with sandforce... so, I'm waiting for this arrival at the moment, as I try it, I'll post some news.
Thanks for your attention,
good day!

Re: SSD disk error msg
I bought an SSD equipped with the Sandforce controller and everything is working fine now !
I definitively would suggest a SandForce controlled SSD when buying a Fit-PC2 .
Thank you all,
