After changing some BIOS params switching off don't work...

... anymore. I changed some BIOS parameters to check if I can save some power. Now shutting down does not work anymore... After shutting down to halt (with LinuxMint) the Intense PC is turned off and started again after some seconds???
I already tried to restore BIOS settings to defaults. But this did not help...
Any ideas whats going wrong?
