Does the bios support booting by Mini-PCIe if we put a SSD module in the slot?

Thanks.

That's a pity. And, by the way, contradictory to your own product description:

I already ordered my machine at a local reseller.
Will this feature be implemented for the current release via BIOS update in the nearer future?

Thank you for helping out,

The statement above is not entirely accurate. The current Intense PC units from the first pilot batch do not support mSATA. Please note that this is a HW limitation and it will not be fixed with a BIOS update.
Units with the mSATA feature will be available for purchase during Q4/2012.
We apologize for the inconsistencies in the marketing materials and the resulting confusion.

Now it is already Q4/2012. Does the msata support been implemented yet?

I believe Q4 starts in October.
At any rate, mSATA support is not yet available in stock Intense PC units.

Is mSATA boot on the Intense PC now supported?

Is there a BIOS option to boot from mSATA? We are able to put an mSATA drive in the PCIe slot and switch in BIOS to use the drive, but not for booting.

Under the Boot menu in Intense PC BIOS you have the option to set mSATA drive.

We set the BIOS to mSATA but the drives still do not boot. The mSATA drive does not show up in the boot order list in BIOS. We tried both a Renice RCM004-SX15 and STEC DEL00-01870-1A1CU SSD.

What are we doing wrong?
