Good afternoon

Still some confusion on my part.

Crucial CT102464BF1339
Crucial CT102464BF160B
but they show up on Newegg as 1.3v and have 8 little chip things on the side.

On Amazon.ca the same part #
CT2KIT102464BF1339
shows as 1.3/1.5v and only 4 larger chips showing on the side.
Are these still the same?
I'm sorry, I don't know how to make links for the part numbers.

1.5V memory modules should be used for MintBox2 and Intense PC systems

Hi,

my Intense PC Pro worked fine until a couple of days ago when video output suddenly stopped working. The unit is fully working otherwise but the monitor says "No Signal". I have tried using different displays and cables, but HDMI output isn't working anymore. I have also tried resetting BIOS.

Strangely, there appears to be no problem at all when using the HDMI to DVI adapter.

Any ideas, or do I need to return it?

What do you mean: "there appears to be no problem at all when using the HDMI to DVI adapter" ? It's operational?
Try to
1. Replace cables.
2. Update the BIOS:
