Drivers for IPC Value Barebone - Intel Celeron 847E

I need your help with drivers for IPC Value Barebone - Intel Celeron 847E. I added SSD 64G and 1 @ 4GB PC3 204-pin SODIMM, and installed Win 7 Pro 64-bit. During installation of drivers I received couple of times the following message:

ERROR:
This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software.

Specifically it is: Intense-PC_Win_7x64_Video_2013.06.19.zip and one more file, seems Intel chipset.
Please advise what drivers I need to use for my devise. Thanks. Igor

Please use the Sandy Bridge drivers. You can find them in the "Sandy" folder of the video driver

I would like to use but where it is? I attached content of the extracted file. There is no the folder with name Sandy. Please send me the link to download it.

I downloaded the new file but still there is no Sandy folder. The driver is not for my system.

The new uploaded driver suite both the Sandy Bridge and the Ivy bridge systems. Just launch the setup.exe file to initiate the setup process.

This video driver is not for my system. I tried one more time without success to install the driver launching setup.exe file. Here is the system response.

ERROR:

I greatly appreciate should you provide a proper driver. Please respect my and your time. Thank you.

Video Driver Sandy you sent me on 08/12/2013 is working. Thanks. The last 2 drivers that do not match my system are USB3_Intel and USB3_TI. Please send me links to the proper drivers. Thank you.

The issue of the right USB3 driver for my system has not be resolved yet. Please provide it. Thanks.

Have you relieved the drivers by PM? Please post the DEV and VEN id of your USB3 chipset.
