USB to VGA adapter

I bought one of these USB to VGA adaptors for my FitPC2 and for the life of me I cannot get it to work. http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid ... D1&cat=MON. I did find this page, which I tried, but nada. http://www.win-star.com/eshop/article.php?id=24.

I must mention that Im a Linux newby, so if anyone has got it to work, I would need a dummies guide please.

My opinion, it will not work with linux, but only with windows.
