fit-PC3 working temperature range

Hi
What's the official working temperature range for fit-PC3 different configurations with HDD and SSD?

I've only been able to find "Ambient temperature range with HDD is 0-40C" in this thread

Official temperature range for fit-PC3:
With HDD: 0C to 50C
With SSD: 0C to 70C
Certain models are available with extended temperature of -20C to 70C with special orders through CompuLab sales only.
Official temperature range for Intense PC:
With HDD: 0C to 50C
With SSD: 0C to 70C
Extended temperature is not offered yet, as final thermal testing is still in progress.

Then why does the owner's manual states 0-40c ?

"Operating temperature" - is the environment temperature range in which correct operation of FitPC3 is guaranteed
