There is an unknown system error called
windows license will expire soon, I have no idea on the license number and what to do with it, I would appreciate if any proper information regarding the issue can be provided.

In order to help, we'd need to identify the machine you have at hand please provide machine S/N and P/N as printed on the white sticker located on the bottom cover.
