Will pfSense play flawlessly well on Intense PC devices? Atom processors choke badly with snort or other certain loads. (I detest AMD so I'll not hear about your other device, thank you)

2 NICs, or 2 port NIC possible?
crucial: 801.2Q (vlan)

And when will you employ eSataP? One port providing BOTH USB3 and eSata. The obvious benefit is a single cable to power and run eternal eSata devices!

There is ZERO mention of pfSense in your wiki. And until this post there was zero mention of pfSense in your forum.

Create an internet filter using Pfsense, squid3, HAVP, Dansguardian and privoxy.

We have no experience with pfSence or snort. Other users a re welcome to share their experience.

Base IntensePC models feature 2 NICs, and can be expended to 6 with a four additional NICs FACE model.
