IR Receiver for HTPC

Does the face module come with IR receiver like Fit-PC2?

Compulab doesn't provides face modules with IR receiver, however, we provide Face modules specification for 3rd parties to design their own face modules with integrated IR module.

Hello. I've just taken delivery of a FitPC3 Pro, but can't see the consumer IR port that is mentioned in all of the specs on the website (e.g http://www.fit-pc.com/web/introduction- ... em-and-io/). I was relying on this feature, and can't believe this would have been dropped (I'm replacing a FitPC). PLEASE don't tell me there isn't one??

IR did not have working drivers on fit-PC3 therefore it was eliminated and removed from the features list. Unfortunately some old pages still refer to this feature. Thank you for pointing that out, we removed the reference.

For using fit-PC3 as an HTPC there are low cost USB IR receivers that can be bought from a 3rd party.
