I am looking for a HTCP with small size and low power, the Fit-PC3 looks like it fits the bill, all my media is stord on a server running Ubuntu (server).
The HTPC will drive a projector at full HD (1080) and the amp with 7.1 sound, I will also be running AnyDVD and WMC, has anyone used the Fit-PC3 in
this sort of aplication and if so how did it perfom?
Thanks in advance
Steve
FitPC3 as a HTPC
Re: FitPC3 as a HTPC
FitPC3 will be excellent solution as an HTPC. The are no known issues with the listed software, however, we didn't tested AnyDVD. You can use HDMI or Video port to drive your projector, and SPDIF for the home audio receiver.

Hi,
I used the XBMC with linuxmint 12, following the wiki here.
It is working great with the Value, too.
Anyway, we tested it with windows 7 professional and it was excellent too.
With windows XP we had an issue with Sata3 SSD, but factory is working on it to find a solution.
Cheers,
István
