BIOS Documentation Request

Hi,
Is was refered to this forum by the CompuLab Nordic support team with this relatively simple question...:
According to the Fit-PC3 owners manual:

BIOS features are described in the Fit-PC Wiki at:

However this Wiki page has been under construction since 2015.
Most of the BIOS features are more or less self-explaining but the "normal"/"aggressive" CPU setting is not.
(what does it do and how does it work: Save power or Increase CPU throughput) ??
Could someone please provide a full official BIOS manual for the Fit-PC3 BIOS version SBC_2.1.0.333_14 X64.
