Resetting Bios.

Resetting bios by removing RAM and fumbling for little tiny contacts on a motherboard is a challenge to the more mature user.

If you have a usb loaded with the bios software it is a doddle - even for the more, or even most, mature users.

Please may I suggest that the current software is available to download for all of your range of computers.

We do provide BIOS update package, which is very similar to your suggestion - BIOS update/override will result in reset as well, but BIOS update procedure can be also risky and may result in computer brick if not taken carefully by instructions.

Therefore this is something we prefer to avoid from doing constantly and advise as last solution in case of real problem.

On other hand BIOS reset is an non-harmful procedure, and quite hidden to avoid unintentional resets. Nevertheless, it take max. 5 minutes to open the service door, remove RAM and short two contacts.
