We are planing to add this feature, but it is not officially supported by now

I understand Intense PC mSATA boot is now enabled, is mSATA booting working with the fit-PC3 at this point?

Yes, but only on revision 2.3 boards. I bought mine last year and boot from mSATA Crucial M4 SSD.

What are your BIOS settings to get the PC3 to boot from mSATA?

You just need to promote your mSATA drive at the boot devices list to a top level
