3D-Models or drawings

Are there any 3D models or drawings available? I'm particularly interested in the pro-version. Of course I can create them myself, but if there are drawings available I don't have to bother.

I have never tried to export a 3d model from a pdf, but it should do the job.

Any news on this? Simple sketches would do the job, too.
