In an earlier topic on the subject of FireWire on the fit-PC2, you said:

And here we are. Is there, then, or will there be, a FACE module with a FireWire port?

CompuLab is making a FACE Module with miniPCIe that can be accommodated with Firewire card. BTW, you can use the spare miniPCIe for that purpose without a FACE Module.

For CompuLab to be making a FACE Module with native Firewire is subject to proven demand, but a 3rd party can also design such a FACE Module.
