Using the infrared receiver with Windows Media Center

I am trying to use Windows Media Center on a Fit-PC3. Everything is working correctly but I don't know how to use the IR Receiver to control WMC.
Specifically I have a Logitech Harmony remote control. I tried setting up a Media Center PC with Compulab as the manufacturer. Logitech had a Fit-PC2 in their database, not a Fit-PC3. I selected this but was unable to control WMC.
Next, I tried selecting Microsoft as the manufacturer and found a device named Windows Media Center SE. I was also not able to control WMC.
I plugged in an external IR receiver that I have used in the past on another computer and selected it's profile from the Harmony database and it works (as I expected it would).
Finally, I don't specifically see anything about an IR receiver in Device Manager. I'm not sure if that's normal or not.
I would appreciate any help as I'm looking to replace my old system with the Fit-PC3 for WMC as soon as possible. Built-in IR was one of the reasons I selected this device so I would hate to have to continue using an external receiver.
Thanks,
- Eric
