BSOD atikmpag.sys Win7Pro

Now that I have both LCDs working, today I've had two BSODs in atikmpag.sys. Each time, I was using Firefox on the LCD connected via DisplayPort/HDMI cable. Windows Update says all updates have been applied. AMD Vision Control Driver Package: 8.95-120214a-134393C-ATI. AMD Catalyst 12.3 which is latest version. Anyone else seeing this? Are there patches I need to apply that Windows Update doesn't know of?
