Why can't Compulab post ISOs with every driver preinstalled?

I feel like most problems here would be avoided if CompuLab just posted Linux distribution ISOs with their sources/drivers already installed. It would save a lot of headaches on both customer side and CompuLab side. It probably wouldn't even take that long to make them.

Obviously CompuLab is capable of this, so is this a legal matter? Why not save your company a bunch of money by saving employee time on answering questions in the forums and earning a poor reputation in support? I don't mean to make this sound inflammatory, I'm just curious as to why we can't get them.

Thanks.

CompuLab is offering Linux pre-installed.
For recovery the process at http://fit-pc2.com/wiki/index.php/Insta ... nux_Mint_9 is simple enough. The majority of support requests is not about installation of the standard image.
We had an image in the past and it proved slow and difficult to keep up-to-date.
