I've checked the BIOS now and have it set to GV3 only as suggested.
Any tips on how to change the battery?

I need to change it CMOS battery (I've bought it in 2009, september). I've an electronic formation so solding it on motherboard would be not too hard but I need to find a battery with solded pins
Thanks,
David

Note that replacing a battery voids the warranty.
You can order the battery from one of the electronics suppliers below:
Digikey
