To get the BIOS update check http://www.fit-pc2.com/wiki/index.php?title=BIOS_Update

BIOS update is safe on all fit-PC2. Update is not necessary.
The most significant change is support for overclocking.
Warning: Overclocking is for advanced users only. It is not guaranteed to work on every unit due to variance in manufacturing of CPU and other components. Overclocking may result in system instability, loss of data, system device malfunction and overheating.

Added support for ALC262 audio codec

Is there a new APU in the Fit-PC's? (on the forum it said ALC260)

Sad that the 192Khz and Audio DVD support would then be gone... Personally i'm not that into 5.1.

Added support for overclocking
Added support for spread spectrum control

Sweet about the overclocking support. Is the voltage also changable (for expl. for undervolting)?

ALC662 may be used in the future. CompuLab will announce when it does.

Voltage control is not supported independently in BIOS.

Is that a hardware limitation or is it an BIOS limitation?

Is anybody having any luck with undervolting the atom Z530 or adjusting the Intel EIST?
