Getting fed-up with this driver

Post by sanitizer »

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate(Japanese Version)
Using Fit-PC2
Using digital monitor

Installing Intel Driver(download from fit-pc2's site and also download from Intel's site) none of them is working(I've been working half day to solve this thing out). The problem is that whenever install the driver, after reboot, the screen turn on and turn off. Don't tell me i should cleaning up driver or make clean install of the driver or perform this and that because I tried all that!.

Right now I'm using Default VGA driver.

The weird thing is, when i lock the computer using Win-Key + L button, the screen shows up normally but problem occurred after logged in.

Please help, I feeling that i'm pulling my hair right now.

Hi.

Please, perform the following instructions:

1. Uninstall the video driver.
2. Enter the BIOS.
3. In the BIOS go to the "Extra" menu.
4. Change the "LCD Clock" to "Enabled"
5. Save changes and exit.
6. Boot the Win7.
7. Download the GMA500 video driver from our site: http://www.fit-pc2.com/download/win7-dr ... 0.2024.zip
8. Install this driver.
9. When installation is finished, enter the Control Panel and click on Intel Ultra Mobile GMA Driver manager.
10. In the manager go to "Display Devices" tab.
11. Select "Digital Display" checkbox.
12. Press "OK" to exit.

thanks for the information.

i've tried what you've been told me to do but now it's a blue screen error, it say's something like "igdkmd.dll" error. Not sure.

Anyway, i think i've found other solution.

1. Uninstall display driver
2. Let the Default VGA drive installed.
3. Install the GMA500 driver downloaded from Fit-PC2 site.
4. Don't Restart
5. Change display resolution from 800x600 to higher resolution, in my case 1048x768.
6. Then you can restart.

and...ta-da. Anyway, I don't know if I've solved this problem.
Gonna run some test, I'll get back if I got any result.

*note: currently using setting "LCD Clock" to "Enabled" n bios setting. Not sure if it makes any different.

Hi.

"LCD Clock" setting has to be set to "Enabled" anyway.
