Hi,

I wanted to connect a device on my serial port on FitPC2i and noticed that pins were not connected as usual.
Also serial port delivers -5v/+5v instead of +12v/-12v.

It's not a major issue and my device works properly but I had to change wire connections on my device.
I just wanted to know if I missed something or if there was something to be corrected ?

Please note that cable is RS232 female, so it actually behaves like a device - not a PC. That's why the TX/RX and control signals are crossed.

A gender-changer will fix that.
