Are the XP SP3 that are preinstalled are of the optimized UMPC builds?

Are UMPC XP builds that much different from standard XP Home/Pro?

Do Fit-PC come with recovery media, or strictly just the Product Key.

XP Home SP3 with specific drivers.
Installation files are on the disk and a recovery disc is also supplied.
