WinServer goes to infitite boot-loop.

Hi there.
I have managed to do this twice and I don't know what's cousing this:
- I installed WinServer 2003 R2 SP2 + updates. After HW drivers (all) and viruscheckers somehow the system won't boot anymore but goes into infinite loop. Only the Server's bootlogo appears quickly and then the boot sequence start all over again.
Tested with new Drive also.
New Chipdrivers (oct-2009) got something odd because Win shouts a lot that the signature is unavail or so.. previousones did not.
