My friend bought a fitPC a while back and runs a small website and service off it. He said it's great and I want to get one myself. But I do my stuff in .NET and would want to run an ASP.NET site.

I'd rather have a machine with 2GB RAM but I'd be willing to take a gamble on 1GB being enough, if someone could confirm that Server 2003 will install on it. Can anyone help?

Yes, I have WinSrv2003 R2 SP2+ on this HW. Every driver goes through and works. RAMdisk improves performance.
HDD = 8GB CF (133x) in CF-SSD adapter: performance is poor but totally silent.
