Fit-pc2 is not automatically booting after power loss

I have several fit-pc's installed with the same software, and one customer reported that he could no longer access the box. We noticed that the unit was off when we arrived to the site, and that, for some strange reason, the fit-pc will not automatically power up after restoring power. we did several tests of unplugging power, waiting a minute, then plugging power back, and the unit will not start-up, no LED's come on. The only way is to press the power button on the unit to turn it on. This is not happening in the other sites where the unist power up automatically after a power loss.

Please indicate what do we need to do to troubleshoot this machine, review BIOS setting, etc.

This is quite urgent as the machines are unattended and will probably suffer more power losses in the next few days.

Thank you,

There is a dedicated power on circuit, which is unrelated to a BIOS. The power on circuit should power on the FitPC2 if the power was loss more then a 5 seconds long. If you see the circuit fails to power on the FitPC2 with the above conditions satisfied, then you should check the RMA option
