fit-PC2i and WoL issues

Our client purchased fit-PC2i-D1G-C1100 (S/N 101220-020) with BIOS version dated 14.09.2010. But BIOS Setup Utility does not have "Booting over LAN" or "Chipset Control Sub-Menu" selections. Also fit-PC2i is not supporting stand-by functions. And also according to specs fit-PC2i does support WoL but our client cannot use this function.
