PXE Boot XP Fail

I think it is safe to say that Windows is the defacto standard for operating systems. And FIT-PC2 is marketed as ready for PXE boot.

However, any effort to load startrom.n12 or startrom.com, which are provided by Microsoft for PXE boot, receive an error due to hardware limits:

Windows NT has found only 482K of low memory. 512k of low memory is required to run Windows NT. You may need to upgrade your computer or run a configuration program provided by the manufacturer.

I'd greatly appreciate the solution to this problem.
