A noteworthy improvement in IEGD is with video playback. It plays high definition content without the horizontal tearing lines that are observed with GMA500 driver.

You may check the IEGD. I'm not aware of a breakthrough in OpenGL.

Your post list the driver version as 1019 for the GMA500 driver. The link you provided is for version 1018. 1018 does not solve the problem.
