We are having problems using 1400x1050 resolution with IEGD_no_detection driver on the latest batch of fit-pc2:s (XP-ON s/n 100226-035)
This was no problem on units with s/n XP 090909-440 (no auto on)
Are we doing something wrong or is there som hardware changes?
Display driver for headless operation
Re: Display driver for headless operation
There was no HW change.
Try with hard-disk from old fit-PC2.
Compare BIOS version and settings.

Re: Display driver for headless operation
Hello,
i need help for the "Display driver for headless operation", i have a
special solution with to monitors. I work with a HDMI splitter with
2 DELL TFT´s, this does not support EDID and i tried out the
"Display driver for headless operation", it works fine, but i need
the resolution 1440x900 on my DELL tft. Can you add this res to your
driver ? When not, can you help me to programm it myself ?

Re: Display driver for headless operation
Get the IEGD driver from http://edc.intel.com/Software/Downloads/IEGD/ and generate a driver with the required resolution
Re: Display driver for headless operation
Hello Irads,
I have downloaded the CED software from your link to create a new driver for a 1680x1050 display resolution, but I can't manage to produce a working driver with CED.
Modelines for 1680x1050@60Hz is 147.14 1680 1784 1968 2256 1050 1051 1054 1087 -hsync +vsync
Could you either include 1680x1050 res in a new driver that you can provide us with or could you produce a tuto to help enter good parameters in CED for DTD screens, new configuration screen and new package screen.
Thanks for help.

I work with Fit Pc2i (Nr-100521-051) and WinXP Pro SP3 - display is Scaleoview H22w-1

Re: Display driver for headless operation
Do you have a problem -
- with creating a functional IEGD driver for XP ?
or
- with generating a driver for the specific resolution ?

Hi,
I have created a new TOPIC as this issue doesn't regards directly headless operation drivers.

Re: Display driver for headless operation
hi i figure that IEGD should be the same for windows server 03 as for xp. Unfortunetly, I cant install the windows xp video drivers cause i get the error that the OS is not supported but thats besides the point as I would rather have IEGD working. unfortunetly when I run the setup.exe nothing happens. Doesnt even show a crash warning. any idea whats wrong?
