Yesterday I received my fit-pc2 via UPS, but I an't convince it to do anything when I press the power button.
I know that the output voltage of the power supply is about 13-14V, so that works.
Any ideas?

Each fit-PC2 is powered before shipping. It is rare but not impossible for fit-PC2 to arrive non-working.
Make sure it is actually not working - the power LED is not very bright and the machine is very quiet. It takes 2 seconds from plugging the power supply until PMIC resets and power button responds.
If you are sure the unit is dead please consult

I have the same problem with my unit, but was nothing wrong in the end.
Be carefull how you plug the power connector. It is very easy to plug it into an angle and it will not make contact with internal socket.
If you plug the power connector corectly, it will not go in all the way, it will stick out 1-2 mm

I have received my instant-on disk-less fit-pc2 this week, but it seems not working.
Symptom: when powered, power LED goes ON for 4 seconds then OFF for 1:02 minute, and ON again for 4 seconds, then off, etc... Display remains black (no bios/splash screen), keyboard is not alive (no LED, keys have no effects). Power button of the fit-pc seems to have no effect either.
Tests done:
All components (cables, screen, keyboard) are working my desktop computer.
I measured the power supply output. It is 12.1V-12.2V DC with + in the centre.
I have also tried to:
- Boot with a SDD 2.5'' disk inside the fit-pc2
- Boot on a bootable USB-stick
- Boot on a bootable external CD-ROM
- Press 'F2' when applying power to the fit-pc2 (in hope to display the bios)
- Disconnect the screen, the mouse, the keyboard... everything.
- Plus a few combination of the above
Results
Result is always the same. No signs of life, except the power LED that goes ON for about 4 seconds every 1:02 minutes.
Any suggestion ?

The symptoms indicate marginality in PMIC RC circuit. Please RMA the unit for replacement using
