I asked direct on compulab sometime ago and mobo 1,6ghz + wifi, cost the same as complete fit-pc2

Yes and no.
For 1 unit, you are probably right.
But for big orders, SBC-FITPC2 offers volume discount while FITPC2 has the same price for any number of units and does not give volume discount.
So the decision what to buy actually depends on the number of units you need.
