During our development of a program we found a problem.
We lose the connection to the Epson printer that is connected to our PC.
We connect to the printer using USB.
The problem can be solved sometimes when disconnecting and then reconnecting the printer again.

Do you know about such a problem?
Can you advice about the best USB connection?
Maybe setting?

1. Please use on of the rear USB ports
2. Try to not attach any other USB device to the neighbor (upper or lower) USB port.
3. Try to attach your printer through powered USB hub
