fit-PC2 SSD O/S

Hi, I am new to using FitPC's. I just got a fit-PC2 SSD turned in on and it doesn't do anything .... so I assume it is shipped with no OS preloaded. Where can I find instructions on how to download a linux image to the 8GB SSD Hard Drive (I am new to this). Thanks, Peter.
