Temperatures and battery?

What are the usual operating temperatures of Fit-PC2's CPU? While idling (in Windows 7), SpeedFan shows around 56°C for the core, and I've seen it go to 71°C under load.
Also, why does Windows sometimes see a 84% filled battery?

CPU works even at 105C. 71C is just fine.
There is not really a battery. Battery driver and applet can be disabled.

I know there isn't any battery, it's just interested that Windows detects one, and even claims it's at 84% and charging

Must be false readings from the PMIC.

Using linux, a battery at 84% is reported as well...

Could it be the CMOS battery? I read somewhere on Compulab site that the battery for CMOS is rechargeable.

I have never seen any pc capable of reading the charge of the CMOS battery.
Also, it would be almost impossible that multiple users report the same 84% charge!

Does anyone have some real-world measurements for external temperatures? I imagine it must be lower than the CPU temp. I will be running Win7 as well.
Ender, while it's under load are you able to pick it up with your bare hands? I would imagine that at 71C you would be able to at least for a moment without much discomfort... but not at 105C

In Hebrew but look at Flash videos. You will get the point.
The review is unbiased BTW (not associated with my company in any way).

I have seen several motherboards that were able to report the CMOS battery voltage, though these've gotten rare again lately.

Right now SpeedFan is reporting cores at 61-64°C (disk at 49°C; CPU usage between 30 and 60%), and I get pretty uncomfortable after holding it for about 5-10 seconds. Also, left side feels somewhat warmer than the right side.
