Current limit on SATA interface

Post by Peter_Karlsen »

Hi

In the SATA interface connector on the fitPc2i (p30 and p31), there is +5V on one of the pins. (On the PCB it is labeled +V5S)
How much current can I pull from this pin without causing damage to the fitPC?
Is this power supply connected to other peripherals?

Regards,
Peter Karlsen

If you are using FitPC2 without a HDD, then you can use up to 500mA
