maybe the fitpc2i only supports max 500gb?
personally i think it supports more then 500gb

Yesterday, I got my Fit-PC2i and I installed a Samsung HM641JI 640GB Harddrive. It's recognized without problems and works well! So there's probably no 500GB limit!
