Does it always boot on power up?

If 'instant on' is enabled does the box always boot up?

Most of the descriptions imply that it's only a recovery option - a way to get the box to come back after a power cut. Will instant on work if the box was properly shutdown or hibernated before power was removed?

Alternatively - does the box support Wake On Timer so that it can be programmed to boot up at a specific time?

My current server always shuts down at midnight, has the power removed at quarter past. During the week the power comes back at 4pm and it boots up. At the weekend the same thing happens at 8am.

Is this possible with the Fit-PC?

For Wake-on-timer check http://www.fit-pc2.com/wiki/index.php?t ... e_on_timer

Auto-on wakes up the system on power resume regardless of how it was shut down.

Excellent news, I thought it probably would but it's good to know for sure. I've ordered one now.
