SIM Card detection

Description:

When the SIM card drawer is inserted properly the SIM card is not detected.

Applies to:

PCB revision: Rev 1.0 and Rev 1.1
Configuration option : All
BIOS version : All

Workaround:

The unit should be RMA for hardware workaround

Fix:

SBC-FLT3 Rev 1.0 and Rev 1.1 hardware workaround need to be implemented

The issue will be fixed on SBC-FLT3 Rev 1.2
