Streaming (Flash) get low framerate

Hi,
New install, Win7 Home Premium. FitPC2 recomended drivers.
Streaming media using flash gets very low framerate :-(
In full screen (resolution1360x768) framerate drops to at max 10 fps.

I used to have XP Sp3 on this one and it did run smoothly (don't know the exact framerate I got then but for sure it was much better).
I was told to got to Win7 for better performance and that seem not to be the case.
CPU (in full screen) runs at 50-70%, memory still available. Still the video does not run smoth. I disabled Aero, raised priority for flash but nothing seem to help.
Anyone got suggestion what to try next (before I reinstal XP again) ?

Flash video is marginal on GMA500 as of Flash player 10.2
Note that Adobe recommends to leave Aero on to improve full screen performance.

I do not recommend an older version of Flash. Sorry if I have been misunderstood. I express my hopes that future versions of Flash and drivers will provide better performance.

Not really, my personal experience shows similar Flash performance on XP and Win7.
