Windows Experience Index Rating

I am very interested in Fit-PC's. I would like to use several of them as Win7 Media Center PC's. But I am curious how the unit rate in the Windows 7.

I was wondering if current owners have run the test on their Fit-PCs and would be willing to share the results. Including your system configuration would also be helpful.

Using the updated drivers from Compulab, I can reach a 2.6 rating.

PROCESSOR: 2.6
MEMORY: 4.5
GRAPHICS: 4.8
GAMING GRAPHICS: 3.0
PRIMARY HARD DISK: 5.3

As you can see the processor seems to be the issue. I started at 2.0 when I received the unit. I use SETFSB to over clock the processor to 1.834 GHZ. Since everything is intergrated and uses shared memory, by overclocking it I raised all the scores quite a bit.

My set up:

Resolution: 1440x900 32 bit color
Processor: 1.8 ghz
Using 4gb for Power Boost
Win 7 ultimate.
All visual effects on except AERO
I also visited win7tweaks (google) and adjusted a few things such as indexing and turning off certain services not needed.....set up to run like a laptop.

All my videos play smoothly. Tested HD 1080 and it will skip for the first few seconds but runs fine after that. HULU and youtube work good also. My unit stays on 24/7 with no real issues.

PROCESSOR: 2.2
MEMORY: 4.3
GRAPHICS: 4.4
GAMING GRAPHICS: 2.4
PRIMARY HARD DISK: 5.9

Running windows 7 ultimate ( and tweaked the hell out of it :P )

Did'nt overclock it and did'nt use ready boost.
Some trouble in the beginning with the drivers, but now that's all done and it actualy runs pretty good.

Processor: 2.3
Memory: 4.4
Graphics: 4.4
Gaming Graphics 2.4
HD: 5.3

I am running a 4gb MicroSD card with Readyboost. I have it tweaked to turn off as many not used services as I can. I am idling using 471mb of RAM with no programs running. Also, I have WD5000BEVT 5400rpm 500gb HD and I am running 1440x900 res on a 19" widescreen.

Hey tccc143
Which clock generator did you use with SETFSB?
I would like to speed up my Fit a little more.

The new BIOS update has overclocking option built-in.

Thanks Yogev
Working like a charm with the new BIOS.
Overclocked to 108% and a 2GB USB stick ReadyBoost

PROCESSOR: 2.5
MEMORY: 4.5
GRAPHICS: 4.7
GAMING GRAPHICS: 3.0
PRIMARY HARD DISK: 5.9

Still needs a little work to clean out unnecessary services eating up CPU%
